Employed since 1975, John has served on the Board of
Directors of ATSI (Association of Telemessaging
Services, Inc.) and the TUNe (Telescan User Network)
user group. John has also served as a member of a
number of ATSI and user group committees.
Jim Robinson, Chief Operating Officer Info@callasi.com
Employed since 1969, Jim is a past president of the
Michigan Telemessaging Association (MTA). He is also
a member of a number of active networking organizations.
He works with National Federation of Independent
Business (NFIB). Jim also served on the ATSI membership
committee for a number of years.

Employed since 1974, John is a past treasurer of the
Great Lakes Telemessaging Services Association (GLTSA).
He is also our office condominium Board of Directors
Cindy Robinson, Director of Billing & Collections

Employed since 1976, Cindy started out as an operator,
then was promoted to Paging Manager. In addition, she
is now Director of Billing & Collections, was well
as the Administration Manager.
Kathy Robinson, Director of Sales & Customer Service Info@callasi.com
Employed since 1983, Kathy has extensive experience in
both Sales and Customer Service, and served as Director of
Operations for five years. She also served on the ATSI
Legislative Committee as the Ergonomics point person.

Employed since 1982, Jean has been promoted a number of
times. She started as an operator, became an Office Manager
in 1986, and was promoted to her current position in 2008.
Janice Cox, Director of Human Resources Info@callasi.com
Employed since 1996, Janice has earned SPHR (Senior
Professional in Human Resources) certification through
the HR Certification Institute.
Chris Stauch, Director of Technical Services Info@callasi.com
Chris came aboard in 2002 to help with the transition to a
new telecommunications system. Chris has achieved our Vendors Level Two Certification Training
(One of only 8 Nationwide).
